High Output With Jam Sensing Technology
Superssemblers are driven by belts and servo motors. This gives much more consistency and accuracy resulting in higher run speeds and less jam ups and down time. Our customers regularly see consistent run speeds of over 4000/hour with little to no jam ups. If there is a jam, we have jam sensing technology to shut the machine down before it gets too hard to remove.
5 Minute or Less Set-up Time
Having a servo driven machine cuts down a tremendous amount of set-up time. An experienced operator should be able to set up a new order on a Superssembler in 5 minutes or less. Switching from a corrugated order to a chip order (or vice-versa) should take an experienced operator 10 minutes or less.
Easy and Low Maintenance
Maintenance on a Superssembler has been designed to be easy. They are built with high quality parts that only require to be greased occasionally. Other wearable moving parts such as belts are the same ones as found at an auto store, meaning they are cheap to replace and not hard to find.
